When you tried the system restore did you try it from the installation disk or repair disk? and when you booted back into windows did it tell you the restore was successful?
I dident use disk, i used system restore from windows and after 40%, the computer restart
And yes its tell me
Does the computer restart in safe mode? The reason for that error code is there are system files missing or they are in the wrong place.
Yes the computer restart in safe mod , but he not ristarting in bios
Cpu temp : 78
That CPU temp is entirely too high. It will have to come down. Check the CPU cooler and make sure the fan is turning and not fuul of dust and that the case has plenty of airflow. If the CPU cooler is secure and the fan is running, I would consider getting a better cooler than the stock one and changing the thermal paste. Remove the old paste and apply new paste. Assuming you are saying 78C.
I check all and i need to change thermal paste,
Amm mybe just clean the hard disk will solve, how i can clean him ?
The Hard Drive can be wiped completely clean. I can tell you how when it's time. How much free space is on your hard drive and do you have all of your personal files backed up to an external source? You will want to do that very quickly.
See if you can run Seatools which is a hard drive diagnostic test from Seagate which owns Samsung hard drives now. SeaTools for Windows | Seagate
The DOS version will give you a more accurate test. SeaTools for DOS | Seagate
The instructions for both are on that page. Run the short and the long tests. if you can.
Is the heatsink secure and is the fan turning as it should? If so, try to open the side of the case and blow a house fan directly on it and see if that helps. Make sure it is clear of dust first. A can of compressed air can help that, if it is clogged up. Just take something like a pencil and stop the fan blades from turning when you blow it out.
I mean to clean all but save windows files , like just now i have new hard disk with windows inside
If you already have a new drive with Windows installed on it, where did the Windows come from? You can't take a drive from another computer and put it in yours without risking a lot of problems. The hard drive has the drivers from the hardware on the old computer on it, not yours. If that is the case you need to do a clean install Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
If you try to transfer the OS from your current drive to the new one, which can be done, it will carry over any problems you are now having. You will always do better with a clean install, then Wipe the old hard drive clean and use it as a backup drive or use it as an extra drive in the computer.
