    Hello,

    Code:
    Security Processor Loader Driver	ROOT\LEGACY_SPLDR\0000	This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.
    This shows that it is possible that your anti-virus is corrupt, or just causing issues.

    Code:
    BugCheck A, {0, 2, 1, fffff8000388bc3f}
    BugCheck Info: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
    One of the possible issues with this BugCheck is that an anti-virus is corrupt as stated above. Let's uninstall Norton, and install Download Microsoft Security Essentials from Official Microsoft Download Center for testing purposes.

    AVG is also known for the BSODs. I suggest installing MSE as suggested above until we know for sure that it is the problem.
