Would you please go to device management (click start, in the search box type Device manager, click on device management that appears and take a screenshot. If any of the icons have a yellow triangle on them, click the arrow next to the name to expand it so I can see exactly what it is.

Also, how long can you stay in normal mode before you crash? Please configure the computer for small memory dumps Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

Also, Disk Management - Post a Screen Capture Image

And open a elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.

I'm not sure, but I think all of this can be done in safe mode.

Can you back up all of your personal files to an external source, preferably an external hard drive? I am sure you are aware we may end up doing a clean install, but I would like to try something first. If it works, it may solve much of your problems. If it does not work, you will most likely have to do a clean install. Also, you will need your activation key, as you will have to reactivate Windows. If what I want to do works, you will still have all of your programs and data, if not, you know what we have to do. back everything up that you want to keep, just in case.

Also, have you had any trouble with your graphics card recently and have you made any software or hardware changes recently? Did you configure Windows to create small memory dumps?
