bsod bad pool header - netgear driver
Hi Folks,
Thanks in advance....
I read all the solved "bad pool header" posts and couldn't find this specific issue, so I was hoping someone could help.
I recently purchased a Netgear A6210 wireless adapter and ever since the first time I power on the PC it goes to bsod straight after windows screen in startup. However when I switch pc off and restart in normal mode it starts (it does take longer than normal).
I have done system restore and without the netgear driver the system runs fine. as soon as I re-install the problem re-occurs.
I have done mem tests, removed ram, updated windows, updated all drivers, tried all 3 drivers for A6210 from Netgear website. Strange thing is everytime I try something new the PC tends to start 1st time but then I come back the next day and its bsod again.
One other strange thing I noticed was when I tried to uninstall my old Belkin wireless adapter it came up with a message saying "uninstall unsuccessful - unable to uninstall setup.exe"
I'd really like to keep the netgear adapter as my network speeds are awesome so I was hoping we could find how to resolve the conflict rather than ditching the adapter.
