    BSOD system_service_exception for windows 7 ultimate x64

Hi! I received this kind of BSOD (system_service_exception) couple of times already. I need help to fix it. I used DM Log Collector and attached the zip file here. Thanks!

    Hi rusl07cl08.

Though there is no crash dump in the zip you uploaded, but you need to install Service pack 1 and all other windows updates. Otherwise the system will remain vulnerable to threats including BSODs.
    Code:
OS Name Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate
    Version 6.1.7600 Build 7600

Report us for any further BSOD after installing Service Pack 1.

Thanks for your advice. Sorry for the late reply. But every time I try to download updates, the download status is always 0% or 0kb then my laptop hangs and get BSOD displaying PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA.

I read the links that you have given (from windows.microsoft) and it says the ff:
"If you have problems getting the service pack from Windows Update, you can download the SP1 installation package from the Microsoft Download Center, and then install SP1 manually."
--But it also said: "Do not click download if you are updating just one computer.."

What do you advice? Thanks in advance.

By the way, I'm downloading System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB947821) [May 2014]..maybe this could help.

    -EDIT-
..And then i found this thread:

So far. we have had remarkably little hard data from you.

PLEASE concentrate on one thing at a time.

For the moment, Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data
If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)

The indications are that you have a COUNTERFEIT installation of Windows - being based on an ACER Product key while your machine is (according to your published specs)a Toshiba.

Unless you can justify this discrepancy, we will be unable to assist, as we cannot (and will not) support counterfeit software.
