BSOD watching stream error 0X0000010E

Fresh installation completed. Only installed some drivers, Skype, World of Warcraft, Google Chrome, Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes.

Just got another BSOD. It's one I've seen before.
After the BSOD, my computer detected a now 'unknown device' and successfully installed it. Also my battle.net (part of world of warcraft) upon launch after the BSOD told me it's running a lesser than latest version (which is wasn't before the BSOD.)

That BSOD happened during playing World Of Warcraft.

Run the Burn-in test using furmark for one more time. See how it goes.

Report us the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage. Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy. Alternatively, you can publish a Speccy snapshot too: Speccy - Publish Snapshot of your System Specs .

As you are getting BSODs, you should stop overclocking and run all the hardware components like CPU, GPU and RAM to their default settings.

Also try to observe if the BSODs occurring with any other games or any other non-gaming activities or not.

Let us know the information.

Do the following:

Free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.

1. Click on the Start button
2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
3. Select the “Startup” tab.
4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
5. Apply > OK
6. Accept then restart.

Update the realtek network driver from Realtek .... get the second item from the list, the Win7 and Server 2008 R2 Auto Installation Program one.

Install the latest WHQL only.

  (Are you using nvidia chipset drivers? If so, dont uninstall anything other than those are listed).
• Now follow Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling
• Download 340.52 WHQL. While installing, Select Custom (Advanced) install. In the next page, follow this settings:

As it is a desktop computer, hibernate is not a must there. It is seen in many a cases that a system running on a SSD does not hibernate smoothly. If it is not a big problem to you, you may feel free to disable hibernate.



Let us know how it is running after doing these.

Still the display is failing. Despite of doing all the possible things.

At this point you should try another graphics card there, to see if if it behaving in the same way or not.
