Make sure your Firmware is up to date on the SSD. There is a new firmware out for the Samsung EVO, Samsung SSD 840 EVO Performance Restoration Software Random BSOD, evolved into BSOD when using Chrome. You have to scroll down the page to find it.
You can also run Check Disk on your hard drive to make sure there are no problems with it, We can test the graphics card and maybe run Driver Verifier to see if you have any problematic drivers. You can check the PSU values in BIOS. Tell me the readings from BIOS on the +12V, +5V and +3.3V. The problem is that will tell you how much the PSU puts out at stock settings, but you won't know what it does under stress, which is the important part. There is really no way to test that either. There is some software that is supposed to read it, but software is pretty unreliable.
Maybe the best option would be if you have a friend you has a graphics card and would be willing to swap with you for a couple of days to see. If your card gives him a BSOD but his runs fine in your machine, that would be the most telling evidence of what is wrong as far as the card is concerned.
