    BSOD APC_INDEX_MISMATCH for Windows 7 Ultimate x64

    Hi guys,

Lately, I've been getting Page_Fault_In_Non-paged_Area and APC_Index_Mismatch BSODs. I have no idea what to do regarding these.

I used DM Log Collector and uploaded its file.

    Thanks for any help.

Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

Add it with your reply post. All the resulting files should be there.

I think I already attached it, (the required information from my system) on my 1st post. Did I get it correctly?

Btw, what do you mean by this:

I mean, what you posted is incomplete. There must be more data which are deducted from the zip.

Okay. I used the SF Diagnostic Tool to grab all needed info...and I attached it here. Is that what we need?
Sorry and thanks for your patience.

It is just the first glance, not even the normal check.

You are running windows 7 ultimate 64 bit with 3 GB RAM only. That is not a good idea at all. Moreover, among these 3 GBs, 2 GB are Micron and 1 GB is Hynix. Plus, windows does not have Service Pack 1 installed.

To run windows 7 ultimate 64 bit with bare minimum performance, you need at least 4 GBs of RAM. And the RAM should come from the same kit. Not a mix of various different RAMs.

Keep either category of RAM. And, with 2 GB you can run windows 7 home basic 32 BIT successfully.

Whatever, Service Pack is to be installed after that.

Otherwise there is all possibilities of BSODs with the existing situation.

I have not found where Toshiba install Windows 7/64 Ultimate on hardware shown in specs.

Did you install Ultimate and where did you get it from?
What operating system came with the laptop.
Is their a Microsoft sticker on the laptop indicating the operating system?

Yeah I installed it from a friend. The original OS is Win XP. There's no sticker indicating the OS

Thanks for letting me know. Can I plan to buy 2 or 3GB Micron?
