playing far cry 3 color screen BSOD [pink, green, red] error 0x00000124

    current sys specs

    Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
CPU AMD FX-4100 [3.8 ghz oced]
    RAM 8.00GB 2x 4gb corsair vengeance Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 803MHz (9-9-9-24) [1600mhz oced]
    Motherboard GA-78LMT-USB3 rev 4.1
Graphics 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti

    so i recently add

    2 new hardware

1 is 4 GB same ram by Corsair

    and another 1 is

Zotac nvidia gtx 750 TI [new bought]

so firstly i played crysis 2 for almost 6 hrs no BSOD even max temp was 45 in card

after completed download of far cry 3 i started playing first run it give me 2 hrs run time and

got bsod color screen bsod no error code and even some time mini dump also not created

after next 10 attempt max run time of game is 1 hrs

in game setting is all ultra MSAA 4x and other all thing also maxed out

it give me 40 ~ 45 [99% to 100% gpu load] fps on stock clock and when i oc i got 50+ fps but it crash in 15 min also furmark showing me instability in system due my low brand and 1.5 year old 450 W VIP(local brand) PSU

so i play on stock clock

also did recent nvidia driver update .60 no help

i think problem is in game maybe not tried memtest86+ yet stressed cpu for 4 hrs no error

gpu not stress tested for long time 10 on stock clock stable as it new

also tested my psu 20 days ago with multimeter all voltages was pretty stable

after windows load it give me 2 min back screen only arrow showing

so that is maybe gpu side fault

it is hardly 20 days old

currently downloading gpu driver for clean install driver

after checking my system for whole day for the faulty part

i found that My HDD passed away it still working but smart also showing fail and as well as performance also slow

so i bought new from shop and after plug it in and make copy of old drive i show instant performance update but it did not solve my problem

after 30 min run fary cry 3 again yellow screen bsod and restart

so my next step is to RMA cpu after checking lot on cpu's stock cooler i found that it sometimes not working and
motherboard also not beeping or make noise of alarm even after cpu reached at 100 C

after pushing cooler's fan a bit it got started but so i think my cpu is also passing out and there some problem on motherboard as well as i never heard any kind beep and alarm on overheating from install day

so in conclusion i will RMA MOBO AND CPU

if it not solve then i am gonna Replace gpu to seller with same and new

    here is last bsod catch

bump if any 1 can help
