Lenovo M92p ... that means this one?

It runs with a 65W adapter? Where the AC Input Voltage Range - 100- 240Vac?

IMHO you should run it with the onboard intel graphics.

Neither model of M92P does has a PSU bigger than 450 watts. What is yours? Let us know.

Also stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.Take a screenshot of the furmark window before closing it. Upload the screenshot for us.

Report us the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage. Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy. Alternatively, you can publish a Speccy snapshot too: Speccy - Publish Snapshot of your System Specs .

    BTW, is the computer overclocked?

Also let us know which driver versions you have tried. Apparently the HD 8xxx OEM cards support these drivers: Desktop ..... but, I am thinking that the PSU may be the critical information here.

We need this screenshot .... of furmark window.
And, 240 watts PSU is never enough to run a computer like yours. Get a bigger one, of at least 500 watts. Otherwise the crashes will continue. Poor casing and power supply is always the basic problem with OEM computers; but 240 watts is ridiculously low.
