Computer cannot load operating system-Error code 0X0000007B

Well, looks like I really messed the computer up this time. Computer was crashing, so I ran a couple of scan disks, and from what I remember, I got a pop up window on a reboot that asked for a yes or no answer. Forgetting the number one rule of debugging, to never answer yes to anything, I answered yes and now the computer will not boot. All the problem seems to be at the CMOS/BIOS screen. Anything after that doesn't work. Tried start up repair-no luck, safe mode doesn't work, command prompts to repair the boot record didn't work. Reloaded a back up copy and that didn't work either.

I'm wondering if I blew away my boot program. Is there anything in the CMOS/BIOS setup utility that would get me back to a proper boot cycle? As I stated previously, any corrections tried down stream of the CMOS/BIOS have not worked.

    Computer Info as follows:

Dual boot (XP Pro & Win 7 Pro) MaxForce PC
    Thermaltake 500W power supply
    Intel Core i7 870, 2.93 GHz, 8 MB
    Gigabyte GA-H57M-USB3 motherboard
    Super Talent DDR3-1333, 8 GB (2 x 4G) memory
Hard Drive #1: Western Digital Caviar Black WD6401AALS, 640 GB, SATA 2, 32 MB (XP Pro)
Hard Drive #2: Western Digital VelociRaptor WD3000HLFS, 300 GB (Win 7 Pro)

Thanks for your time & any help will be greatly appreciated,
    Mad Maximus

Forgot to add, neither operating system will boot, both get the same BSOD message.
