BSOD after running 2 D3's at once and now I keep getting it

Hello and thank you all in advance!

I got a BSOD while running two instances of D3 ROS at the same time. Since then I've reformatted my hard drive and reloaded OS and I still get them. I've run memtest86 twice and it came out clean. I've checked my HDD and that came out fine too.

I've tried doing this and didn't get any bsod's for 6+ hours and then I turned it off.
    Enable driver verifier
    1) Open an elevated command prompt
    2) Type "verifier /standard /all" (no quotes)
    3) Reboot your machine
    4) Use machine again until it crashes (hopefully this will be fast :)

    Custom built comp in 2010
    core i7 870
    gigabyte p55a-ud4p
2x2gb ddr3 1600 (ordered 2x2 more should be here in a few days)
    nvidia gtx 460
WD caviar black 640gb (ordered new evo 250gb SSD too and should arrive w/ memory)
    antec 750w tp-750 blue

Please let me know if you want/need any more info to help out.

EDIT: also after reformatting my comp my D3 now crashes in less that 10 minutes and I get a lot of web page crashes too. On chrome its the "Aw, Snap!" message if that makes a difference.

    Thanks again!

I'm not a BSOD person. Just dropped in to find out what a
    D3 ROS is.
