A blue screen stopping a window from opening (it keeps crashing) HELP

wrong title **EDIT OF TITLE** Windows keep crashing when i try to reboot it

Alright, so beginning im 13 yr old with no computer experience. If you could help me do it step by step . Im on my fathers laptop (it has some stuff he has in it) and i don't wanna lose it. I was skyping + Playing games the other day and then my game crashed. I clicked ALT + CTRL + DEL twice for no reason and it just crashes. I mean im still on a skype call with my friend but its just blue normal windows background.. I just clicked the power on / off button to reboot it then it wont work. As from now im trying the Startup Repair (recommended) but its taking forever! Should i just wait? I clicked cancel once and im trying this method to atleast open the computer and just copy all the files

    Startup Repair Infinite Loop Recovery

But im stuck at number 3 cause its taking forever.
I don't even know what BSOD. Somebody please help me, my father will need the laptop in 2 days and we're out of cash to send it to the shop..

I can't get to anywhere, everytime im trying to go anywhere this pops up

Windows have encountered a problem communicating with a device connected to your computer.

This error can be caused by unplugging a removable storage device such as an external USB drive is in use, or by faulty hardware such as a hard drive or CD-ROM drive that is failing. Make sure any removable storage is properly connected and then restart your computer.

If you continue to receive this message, contact the hardware manufacturer.

    File: \Boot\BCD
    Status: 0xc00000e9
Info: An unexpected I/O error has occured

    please help me.

Are there any external USB drives attached to the computer? If so, disconnect them, then reboot.

OK. Then it must be the hard dive itself. Use this tutorial to test the drive - use the DOS option:
SeaTools for DOS and Windows - How to Use

Your laptop doesn't need to be able to boot into Windows. Read the tutorial. Everything is explained in there on a step-by-step basis.

Click on the blue link in post #6....it opens a tutorial. Read it thoroughly. Now follow the instructions in that tutorial.
