It was on today for about 5 hours and 30 minutes. It was supposed to go to sleep, but I don't think its going to sleep. I think its shutting itself down, and then it boots in restart mode. The power plan is set to balanced. The screen goes off in 10 or 15 minutes, and its supposed to sleep after 45 minutes.

Yes, I did a restore from Nov. 14th which is when it started this, and I have completely removed Avast. Do I need to restore it to an earlier point?

I haven't noticed any, unless its doing them when I am away or when the screen is off. I will go to the event log and post back here if there are any recent events that pertain to this.
