Maxie, the Internet is still down. I've called 3 times, they said they were working on it. They also said it should back up today sometime. What else do you suggest? The computer still won't go to sleep, as something is disturbing it or something. Might be a program.

Does it shut Down normal ? Think it is a Service or Driver that is causing the issue ...
