No, we don't use Bluetooth on it. Bluetooth is turned off on the cell phones as well. Do you think it could be the printer? The printer is wireless, it connects to the computer via the network.

I went on YouTube! trying to find it, as the YouTube! video was on an Acer computer as well. I didn't even see Bluetooth in my PC settings. Do I need to look under System devices?

At the Start Search box Type >>> bluetooth if nothing shows you do not have it ....
