There is nothing i see there Jesse that would Resolve the issue .. It is a similar issue but there are a lot of differences like OS upgrades ... We have done all the Driver updates Disable all i can think about to no avail ... This does not mean that i have given up hope my quest for the Solution still is ongoing ...

Okay. Well, I disabled fast startup just now and shut down normally. Still booting in restart mode though.

I pressed the sleep button the keyboard, and it put it to sleep. I will now see if it will sleep on its own.
