What I really don't understand, is how to pack it up and what I need to pack it up with. I have a box that my mom's pots and pans came in. Will that box work? I don't think I have any bubble wrap. I've read that if you don't send it in right, that many things can happen. Such as it getting broke upon delivery to the repair center.

You need to have a box that it will fit snugly into you do not want any movement inside the box ... You should be able to get bubble wrap from a Store in town .... Many stores get good packed with bubble wrap and they just bin it .. So it should be free ...

It was a griddle. I'm sorry if I said it was pots and pans. One more picture is coming.
