Well, my only concern is. Is Acer going to charge us an arm and a leg? I can't chat with them online anymore, because they say I have reached the maximum amount of online warranty chats. We called them. They said to call back, if we have any hardware issues.

Should not be any charge as it is under warranty ... Of course you will have to pay for the phone calls as you have reached your limit ...

Well, it's going of normally now. This makes twice today. This is a good thing. How long should I wait to restart it?

Okay...I am glad it's shutting down again though, instead of me waiting a minute or more for it shut down.
