Layback Bear, what are you talking about? The computer has a hardware problem. We have done everything to try and fix it, and still no fix found. It's either a bad PSU or Motherboard. It is still under warranty, so the manufacturer has the right to fix it.

It sure would be nice to know exactly what was found as the problem form the company you bought it from.
I will be posting the problem that they find. I will be sure to find out. My town's local shipping and posting place which is known as Goin' Postal Pell City assured me that will be safe and secure upon shipping it to the repair center. They are also going to email me the tracking number. I feel better now. We don't feel good about the price of the shipping though. Since this computer cost almost $1,000 and is still under warranty, the shipping should have been free.

Well, FedEx has picked up my product. It is in Eastaboga, Alabama right now. I have requested email alerts on it's location and when it arrives, and stuff like that.
