Computer Keeps Shutting Down without Going to Sleep

This is for Maxie, or anyone else who is willing to help. I can't get much help from the Windows 8 forum. But, I have a Windows 8.1 desktop that is shutting itself down automatically 30 minutes after the screen goes off. I have no idea what is wrong with it.

It also doesn't want to shut down after I shut it down myself. I have to manually shut it down.

When I booted it up this morning, it booted up like it was in restart mode. But, I followed the instructions per the article and entered the command in the command prompt (admin). So, let's see how it does today. It went to sleep normally last night. It just booted up in restart mode.

Just got in from work, and it's shut itself down again.
