BSOD with New Machine STOP: 0x000000F4

Hi Everyone,

I've tried looking around to see if I could get this resolved but error code that follows the 0x000000F4 can't be found anywhere.

Here IS the full error code:
STOP: 0x000000F4 (0x0000000000000003, 0xFFFFFA8033F74B30, 0xFFFFFA8033F74E10, 0xFFFFF800025E7DB0)

Does not provide any mindumps or dump files. Upon reboot, system mentions no issues or clears it out - can't seem to get them. I've tried running utilities to get the logs but no luck. I can try again later.

Specs:
The PC is a Supermicro Super Server (4U Tower) and it has dual Xeon processors (E5-2630 v2), LSI MegaRAID SAS 9271-8i, X9DRG-QF motherboard, and 3x AMD W9000 GPUs in Crossfire Pro mode, 64 GB RAM, 2x Samsung SSD 240 GB 840 Pro, and 2x Seagate Constellation 2TB. Drives are in RAID 1. Boot drive is the SSDs and storage is on the Seagate ones.


Here's the background:
Unit arrived onsite and I installed the GPUs (I request when PCs are shipped to have the GPUs removed to prevent damage to the PCIe bus and or GPU itself).

I proceed to install Windows 7 Ultimate x64 as normal, everything is going smoothly.
I install the drivers from the manufacturer too in this order: Chipset, SATA, LAN driver, then GPU.

When I reboot the PC, the system gets to a black screen after the Windows logo. So I decided reboot in safemode and do a system restore to undo the GPU driver install. I go to AMD's site and download the auto driver install which gave me the latest FirePro drivers. Installation went fine and smoothly. Rebooted the PC and I get to the desktop. About 10 minutes later, the system BSODs with the stop code listed above.

System auto reboots - so I looked up the general stop error meaning it is could mean driver or hardware issues.

I decide to install some stress testing utilities - 3DMark and FurMark. I stress test the machine for about an hour and everything is seems good. But then it BSODs about 10 minutes later.

I did clear out the CMOS and pulled out the GPUs one by one and ran the stress test on each GPU - I don't think the GPUs are bad...

Do you think the hardware got damaged during shipment? Do I need to pull everything out and reseat again?

Just to mention, the BSOD doesn't show any minidumps or error when it reboots so hard to get the dump files.

Sorry for not including the dump file.

However, I did manage to solve the issue. For future reference if someone has this issue, it was related to a faulty NEC USB PCIe card. I removed it and the BSOD issue went away.
