BSOD Whenever I try to boot up my computer.

Whenever I turn my PC on, I will more than likely get the BSOD error 0x7E, sometimes I can restart my computer and it will work but more often than not it will blue screen again, and sometimes this can happen upwards of 15 times before it will eventually load up.

It was Intel Rapid Storage causing the problem.

It happened again , followed the steps to remove Intel Rapid Storage and restarted my computer just to test if it worked which it did the first time, then I came to turn it on this morning and I got multiple blue screens.

Thought it might have been Avast (Anti-Virus I was using) but don't think it was. Still a mystery what is causing it.

Make sure your dump logging is enabled.

    1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
    2. Double-click System.
    3. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Settings under Startup and Recovery.
    4. Check Write an even to the system log, and Automatically restart.
    5. In the Write debugging information list, click Small memory dump (256k).

    Location of Dumps:
    C:\Windows\minidump

    SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.
    Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff88004997db9, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: fffff880055bb2b8, Exception Record Address
    Arg4: fffff880055bab10, Context Record Address

Did all of the tests that you mentioned and disabled something called "File Association Helped" from running on start up, checked my SSD and hard drive and there was no problems on either. Also uploaded a screenshot of CPUID HWMonitor.

    Thanks for help.
