    no BSOD, but Freeze

    Hello.
I hope this is the right section for this.

I assembled a new computer last week (all parts are newly purchased),
and with this pretty clean install of Windows7 I get a full freeze of the system (with automatic reboot) almost every day.
There is not even a BSOD to be seen.
The image on the screen freezes, also audio. No further action possible, and after a few seconds, the system reboots.

Is there any way to catch whats going on?
If there is any further information helpful to resolve this, please let me know.

    System information:
    - i7-4790K
    - 16GB RAM (Crucial, 2x8GB)
    - ASUS H97M-E Mainboard
    - ASUS r7 260x OC 1GB
    - beQuiet 730W Pure Power PSU
