UPDATE: Found a solution, although I don't quite fully understand why it worked. I asked somewhere else and someone suggested a check my power connections. I had my two hard drives and my DVD drive all connected on the same single power cable. I seperated them and put my OS drive on its own cable connected to the PSU and haven't had a BSOD since.
