BSOD during boot, stop error 0x0000001e

    Full stop error: 0x0000001E (0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000)

Recent hardware changes: Msi Nvidia GTX 970 installed over a week ago with no problems

Explanation: Hello, I've been having a rough one of it with a problem that started two days ago and still persists. I'm completely unable to perform a normal boot currently, I get the BSOD everytime right after Windows loads and Im about to see the password screen. The problem happened while playing The Crew pc game, an adobe flash update kept forcing priority and taking me out of the game. I kept exiting out, but it would come back. I got frustrated and just hit yes and when it went to install, and before the installer really even started up, my computer went to reboot. When it tried to reboot I got my BSOD error. I initially thought this was a virus then from the update, but my stop error usually deals with driver issues so I've found. Of course, I did several passes of both AVG and malwarebytes, but came up with nothing. I can boot into safe mode fine and I've tried to reinstall my gpu drivers. I installed Driver Genie and tried to update the few that it said were out-of-date as well, only for their installers to not run correctly(this happened twice, for my chipset drivers and another that escapes me right now before giving up on trying the rest). I have also tried to re-seat my graphics card, ram, and boot drive. I also ran just one pass of memtest on my ram and it did fine. I've tried more or less all of my system restore points, last known working configuration, and have tried to set my bios settings back to optimal. I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to try next, can anybody give my dump files a look for me and give any suggestions? I'll be online giving this close attention, so let me know if you need more info at all. Thanks :)

Ran Tweaking.com's Windows All-in-one repair, still no luck. Here is an updated file though.
