BSOD After Nvidia driver installation - Can't log into windows

I recently Bought Nvidia QuadroFX 3450 (PCI E) , Installed it last night and Nvidia graphics Driver , Installation was fine and I started installing drivers , After I rebooted, I was brought Windows loading screen and then a black screen , I couldn't move my mouse after a few screen blinks it booted into the BSOD (error code 0x00000116) , The screenshot is below :

    My Computer Specs are :

    Windows : Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 - 64bit
    Processor : Dual Core E5700 3.0GHZ
    Motherboard : Intel DG41WV
    RAM : 4GB
    PSU : 420V

Once i Remove the Nvidia graphics driver from safe mode and restarts the windows starts working fine !!
I've reset CMOS and other things but no luck can anyone help me ??
