That picture was taken to show the standoffs. The wires and cables were just set aside, that is not how it looks currently. I will update shortly with a picture showing what it looks like currently.

    I uploaded the debug files.

Please go to Windows updates, in the left side click on Windows Update History and tell me how many failures you see.

And, Jack you never are in the way. I appreciate your expertise. I think some of the issues we may be having are language barriers. Mostly on my part.

Well, there isn't much left unchecked - you can test the RAM with the Windows Memory Diagnostic (found in the Administrative Tools). The drive may be going bad, although verifying this could be hard.

My money is on bad mobo, though. Could be anything - bad capacitor, loose connection, bad solder job or a scratch somewhere shorting the board.

Do you have a video card you can plug in and use instead of the on-board video?

Windows Memory Diagnostic is a waste of time. If you are going to do it, do it right.

I counted 30 failed windows updates. I don't have any video card that is new enough, I doubt video cards from the 1990s will work.

Windows memory test is a joke.

Will your system stay alive long enough to try Windows 7 Updates again?

Do you or do you not have a friend that can help you with checking the way your hardware is installed Y or N ?

It only take one shorted wire or connection.
I also noticed from your picture that you cpu cooler looks dirty.

I do believe you are correct.
The terms that cow8duck is using for what is happening are confusing us.
If their isn't any hardware damage been do I believe it's a hardware instillation problem.
Cables pinched behind something or scuffed and grounding.

What is this hacked out hole in the case all about with cable running through it.

I had a friend inspect my computer yesterday. He brought over his computer which has a CPU with same socket. After testing parts in his working computer we found the CPU in my computer is faulty.

Layback Bear is right. I always tell everyone that the CPU is the last piece of hardware I expect to be bad. It is very rare that you find a bad CPU. At least you know what the problem is. Good job.
