    Golden: Laptop BSOD Info

Desktop's looking good. The laptop has had 4 crashes since December 4, so guessing it's the same problem???

Attached "laptop" DM Log Collector Zip file to see if I should apply the same fix.

    Thx,
    Chamlin

    Thanks, just happened again!

And not sure if the networking issue with my laptop is related, but I'm just about to add relevant info in this thread: Laptop Can't Connect to HomeGroup? WorkGroup?

Exactly the same problem as your desktop - missing hotfix KB2958399-X86.

Download and install the hotfix, reboot, and monitor for further BSOD's.

"0xD1" Stop error occurs occasionally in all SQL Server cluster nodes running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2

Excellent. Hotfix applied. No BSOD's. Let's keep it that way!

    Many, many thanks,
