BSOD playing RIFT, error 0x0000001a Caused by ntoskrnl.exe

I've been struggling with this issue for months now and can't seem to troubleshoot it so here I am.

I've attached the DM Log Collector file below.

I've tried the following on my own:

Removed and reinstalled Geforce Drivers as well as tried different versions.
Checked my memory with Memtest 86+ twice
Run Diagnostics on my hard drive
Performed a clean install of Windows 7

    Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, the .dmp file is inconclusive. How many passes of MemTest86+ did you run?

The first time I twice but the second time I think it ran 8 passes. I let it run for about 21 hours. Started it around 10 pm and stopped it around 7 pm the next day

I ran a lengthier hard drive diagnostic this morning using Western Digital's data lifeguard tool and I did have one error (see the attached image):

Please run both the short and long test of the DOS version of SeaTools:

Passed the short test but kept timing out and failing the long test. I looked under Advanced Settings and I set the drive size to max and that did not help.

The log just said that the drive failed so maybe I should be looking at replacing it.

Not sure if this is what's causing my issues but I hate to go through another drive and windows install. If I have to I will.

Unfortunately, I don't think you have much choice. In the absence of anything else, I think we have converging evidence for a HDD failure:

    1. SMART End-to-End error - good indication of imminent hard disk failure;
    2. Inability to complete SeaTools Long Test

I would back up all your user data as soon as possible, then replace the hard disk.

I have a Samsung 850 Pro 512Gb drive on order, sigh... This is the first Crucial drive that's ever given me problems.

I'll report back once it's in and running.

    Thanks

Just checked the alignment and it's fine.

Crucial doesn't list the MX100 as being firmware upgradable. Crucial SSD Firmware Updates
