Hello jeeke, I will be trying to help you. While I analyze your dumps, can you please make sure if you are overclocking in any way, stop now until your system is stable. The first two dumps I looked at indicate hardware failure but I haven't finished analyzing. While I look around, please follow the guide below. Paying close attention to Steps 2-3-4 specifically. This problem could be faulty ram, faulty dimm slot that hold ram, your video card or CPU failing or overheating, possibly due to overclocking.

Ok, follow the steps in the link I provided. Memtest86+ will take a while so I suggest you do that overnight. It needs to run for 8 passes or until you find any errors.

Also in the link above, it instructs you to uninstall your Antivirus and install Microsoft Security Essentials and use windows firewall, at least for the purposes of our process trying to fix this problem.

Make sure your Video card has the latest drivers

Im still analyzing your dumps so continue with the troubleshooting link I gave you. Sometimes those steps alone can resolve your issue.

Did you uninstall Avast and install Microsoft Security Essentials like suggested? Sometimes Avast can cause problems.

Did you update your drivers for your video card?

Download the latest driver. If you have the latest driver and it doesn't work, rollback to the last one and check to see if that works.

0x124 Error is generally a complaint about hadware failure. Try some of the following to further troubleshoot:

Generic "Stop 0x124" Troubleshooting Strategy:
1) Ensure that none of the hardware components are overclocked. Hardware that is driven beyond its design specifications - by overclocking - can malfunction in unpredictable ways.

2) Ensure that the machine is adequately cooled. If there is any doubt, open up the side of the PC case (be mindful of any relevant warranty conditions!) and point a mains fan squarely at the motherboard. That will rule out most (lack of) cooling issues.

3) Update all hardware-related drivers: video, sound, RAID (if any), NIC... anything that interacts with a piece of hardware. It is good practice to run the latest drivers anyway.

4) Update the motherboard BIOS according to the manufacturer's instructions. Their website should provide detailed instructions as to the brand and model-specific procedure.

5) Rarely, bugs in the OS may cause "false positive" 0x124 events where the hardware wasn't complaining but Windows thought otherwise (because of the bug). At the time of writing, Windows 7 is not known to suffer from any such defects, but it is nevertheless important to always keep Windows itself updated.

6) Attempt to (stress) test those hardware components which can be put through their paces artificially. The most obvious examples are the RAM and HDD(s). For the RAM, use the in-built memory diagnostics (run MDSCHED) or the 3rd-party memtest86 utility to run many hours worth of testing. For hard drives, check whether CHKDSK /R finds any problems on the drive(s), notably "bad sectors". Unreliable RAM, in particular, is deadly as far as software is concerned, and anything other than a 100% clear memory test result is cause for concern. Unfortunately, even a 100% clear result from the diagnostics utilities does not guarantee that the RAM is free from defects - only that none were encountered during the test passes.

I would still run some tests on your ram just to be safe and make sure you do all of the steps in the tutorial below. Since we can't pinpoint it easily, we need to try everything

i could not removed avast since there was a problem with a win7 update.
Seems there was a wrong update from microsoft that was giving lots of problems. But now i see that have put new update that has fixed that. So from now my avast has bin deleted.
Everything is up to date.
I did several benchamerks stress test, not one of them gives any problems or any tempature. everythins is running smooth and not my mainboar, cpu or gpu or having high temps..
i will do again a mem test this night like you say and see what its giving.
For now my avast is deleted and i will see if i get a other crash.

Make sure you install Microsoft Security Essentials, we don't want you to not have any AntiVirus.

If you like Avast, its fine to install after we ensure BSOD's are cleared up. If you do plan on reinstalling Avast, obviously make sure no BSODS or problems occur after that. Again, wait until after we fix the BSOD issue before putting it back in.

I will enlist the help of some more knowledgeable BSOD analysts to come take a look at your dumps in the event that your Hardware troubleshooting doesn't help.
