    Help

Is there anyone who can help - I have BSoD about 12 times a day it occurs while watching videos - sometimes just being on Facebook the video's will crash the system - other times just watching videos to earn credits for wgt.com the system crashes it allways says your video device driver has failed - don't know how to fix it - and cannot turn off cache and shadowing in bios for A10 - at least i see nothing in there that says anything about cache and shadowing in that version of bios

Sorry, it's been pretty hectic lately,

Your video driver is extremely outdated,

    Code:
    kd> lmvm atikmpag
    start end module name
    fffff880`04200000 fffff880`04250000 atikmpag T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: atikmpag.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\atikmpag.sys
        Image name: atikmpag.sys
        Timestamp: Tue Apr 19 18:22:32 2011 (4DAE3558)
        CheckSum: 00050398
        ImageSize: 00050000
        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
See if updating to this driver helps,

Thanks derekimo - I updated to that driver and it worked ok for awhile then I got another Blue Screen of Death also now since updating that Driver I am no longer able to use Internet Explorer when I try to play wgt.com it keeps crashing - I tried downloading IE again but it still crashes I even went in and did the reset IE and it still won't work - I tried running Opera and it worked fine for awhile then it started lagging badly and finally just crashed as well - now I have tried Chrome and am having same results

Always upload the new zip when you get a new BSOD:

    1. Download the DM Log Collector application to your desktop by clicking the link below

    DM Log Collector.exe

    2. Run it by double-clicking the icon on your desktop, and follow the prompts.
    3. Locate the .ZIP file that is created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.
