I just wanted to check in and let you know I think I may have solved the problem...at least for now. After the last incident with the WSCommCntr4.exe crash, I searched Autodesk for problems/solutions with that executable and discovered a workaround. Since following the steps outlined in the link below, I have not had any problems with my cpu maxing out or crashes. I would like to give it another two or three weeks just to see before I mark this as solved.
Here is the link to the Autodesk Fix for the WSCommcntr4.exe:

Thanks again for all your help!
Great, I'm glad you have it working. Well done. Once you have determined that your problem is resolved, please mark this thread as solved. Congratulations on a good job.
Well, I thought the problem had been solved since it's been over 6 months with no issues. I started getting the exact same warning signs that the BSOD was on its way. Maybe it's something different this time. I ran the dm log collector and attaching the files. Had to be on a Monday.....smh..
Thanks in advance for any and all help.
VR,
Kyle
hello, glad to hear from you again. Just not in the BSOD section. I checked your error reports and it seems you have a few ACAD errors, which I am sure you know is your AutoCAD, but you have had quite a few of the WSCommcntr4.exe errors.
