    Hello bunabayashi,

    You are receiving Bugcheck 0xA

Cause This bug check is issued if paged memory (or invalid memory) is accessed when the IRQL is too high.

The error that generates this bug check usually occurs after the installation of a faulty device driver, system service, or BIOS.

If you encounter bug check 0xA while upgrading to a later version of Windows, this error might be caused by a device driver, a system service, a virus scanner, or a backup tool that is incompatible with the new version.
Also, one of your dumps points specifically to your driver for Nvidia graphics

    Code:
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys
     nvlddmkm+0xd4586
Lets start by ensuring we get the correct drivers for everything

Update your motherboard BIOS and make sure all other drivers are up to date
    MSI USA Z97-GD65 GAMING

Try reinstalling your current graphic card driver (Version 344.75). If that doesn't help, try the Beta driver in the link below (Version 347.09). If that doesn't work, roll back to version (Version 344.65)
