BSOD when installing Heroes of the storm alpha via launcher

hi all
Installed the program heroes of the storm after getting invited to the alpha this morning and got a bsod first during installation and update of the bnet launcher and then again when trying to install. I did not try to play it during installation.
stop: 0x00000050 (0xFFFFF8a019c42038, 0x0000000000000000, 0xFFFFF8800474FB90, 0x00000000000000000)

NNSSTRM.sys - address FFFFF8800474F890 base at FFFFF88004719000

I attached the log below, noticed that it did not find anything in minidump but thought I had configured windows to do so.

Thank you ahead of time. I was going to uninstall and reinstall bnet but wanted to see if it was something else first.
I appreciate the help. I apologize if i forgot anything, the flu is making me not be myself

Just as an amusing tidbit, the same happened on my laptop. so now 2 pcs
