DV is off and rebooted no freezes so far. But, with it being so random who knows when it will happen again.

Also, when you have time, could you post some screenshots of the inside of your computer please? please download and install Core temp (Core Temp) and if you don't have a GPU monitoring program, please download and install MSI Afterburner (MSI Afterburner) set them both to show the temps in the system tray and notice your temps and let me know how they are running. Watch out for the junk some programs try to add on with them, just uncheck them so they don't download.

Photos would probably be better. They don't have to be good, just so I can see if there is anything that needs doing to help it out.

Your max on your cores is 100. So, that's a little high at idle, but not close to dangerous, but your GPU, if I am reading it right is idling at 64, which means with any strenuous activity, would get pretty high.

It really means it's a possibility. Download Ungine Heaven, set the preset to extreme and once it loads and starts moving press the benchmark in the top right. Just watch your temps very closely and see what they do. If they get too high, stop the test. Also, watch for artifacting during the test. This is what the set up should look like, just push run and wait for it to start moving.
