BSOD while enabling Driver Verifier/DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE problem

So i enabled Driver Verifier and got a BSOD. I disabled it and looked at another post from November regarding ScpVBus.sys. I had the exact same BSOD for the exact same reason. If you are looking at this Arc you know what im talking about ScpVBus is Scarlet.Crush Productions SCP Driver. (It tricks the XBOX Microsoft controller driver thinking it is a Dualshock 3(PS3) Controller. The BSOD says clear: The IO manager has detected a violation by a driver that is being verified must be debugged and replace with a working version.
Well i don't know if Scarlet Crush have any new updates available for it. I want to keep it because it is hard for me playing a game without my PS3 controller. Any help so the driver can stop its misbehavior?
Why i turned on Driver Verifier on the first place is because i have a DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE that is ongoing and the dump says that it is unidentified (Unknown_Image). I tried to verify what driver that is causing this problem. The question on the first place is it the Scarlet Crush driver?
    Little embarrassing for me lol

You really should post the BSOD zip file...we can't diagnose the problem without it.
