Critical_Object_Termination error when plugging in flash drives

I need some advice here. I have gotten blue screen errors sometimes when I plug flash drives into my computer. I would like to know where the error is coming from and exactly what is causing it. I have done some searches on it, but nothing solid has come up other than having a friend say its a virus. wanted a second oppinion to make sure.

I can't see the wood for the trees.

    Follow:
    1. Log in as administrator, open Windows Explorer and go to C:\Windows\Minidump
    2. Delete all .dmp files in that folder
    3. Run Driver Verifier as follows:

Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Driver Verifier will cause your computer to run very sluggishly - this is normal. What it is trying to do is force your system to BSOD and isolate the offending driver/s. When it does, reboot, disable driver verifier, reboot as normal and upload the new dmp file/s here.

I recommend creating a system restore point before turning on driver verifier:
    System Restore Point - Create

If your system fails to boot to desktop once driver verifier is enabled, turn it off by booting into Safe Mode:
    Safe Mode

Once the system BSOD's, run the DM Log Collector and upload a fresh ZIP file here please.

I see you are using Windows 7 Enterprise.

    Computer type Laptop
    System Manufacturer/Model Number Dell
OS Widows 7 Enterprise 64 bit
Do you have a I.T. department that is helping you with this problem or is this your own home computer?

I do have an IT guy at school that has imaged the laptops that we got. the version of the laptop that I have originaly came with windows 8.1 installed. and they downgraded it to windows 7 enterprise. I asked him if he had any idea about the blue screen errors and his answer for it was do a google search on it. I do know that the blue screens are random when it happens and it isn't a constant thing. the last error that I got on the 10th of December, occured when I had it plugged in to the wall and unplugged it briefly to get help with something then plugged it back in. I will see what the verifier detects.

The .dmp file is inconclusive. Try a test of RAM please.Run a minimum of 8 passes, preferably overnight, or until errors occur using MemTest86+.

Reference this tutorial to help you use MemTest86+:
