    multiple bsods, no real pattern


    I have been having multiple bsod's, and i am at my wits end on how to remedy them. please advise as you can. thank you very much. have included attachment. please let me know what I might be able to do.

    Do you have a product called Commtouch AMP 5 installed? If so, update that software too.

    Next time you upload a ZIP file, make sure it contains at least the MSINFO.nfo file too...its very difficult to troubleshoot BSOD's without knowledge of the installed software.

    where do i find the msinfo file?

    Type msinfo in the Start search box, then click MSINFO32. Now click File > Save, and save the .nfo file. ZIP it, and upload here.
