    BSOD ntoskrnl.exe+75bc0 (0x0000003b) - While gaming

    Hi folks,

I'm a bit stumped on this error and was hoping some fine gents would have the time to look at this dump and see what might be causing my blue screens. It started in the last two weeks while I was playing SWTOR or HoN. There was no rhyme or reason when it happened, seems pretty random other than it happens while gaming. It's only happened about 5 times, but that seems consistent enough to make me worry.

Unfortunately I don't know what else has changed on my system other than installing Asus AI Suite and EVGA Precision for monitoring / fan control.

Please see the relevant dump files attached (Both seem different which is a bit odd... ).

    I would appreciate any help.

    Thank you, J

Issue seems to emanate from an old Broadcom blue tooth LAN driver. See if you can install an updated driver from here:

Thanks very much Golden, I'll change that driver now. May I ask if it's not too much trouble to check whether the second minidump is related too? I just want to make sure that I don't have two compounding issues both causing BSODS.

    Appreciate your help!

    Thanks,J

The latest .dmp file was inconclusive - all I could tell from it is that SWTOR was running at the time of the crash. It could well be a compounding issue, but there is no way of checking until we eliminate the most obvious issue : the Broadcom driver.

Great, sounds like a logical approach. Again, thanks for your help. I'm away for the week but will try resolve it next week and come back if any problems.

    Happy new year, J

Hey again Golden. I had a new Bluescreen today, after opening Internet explorer. I am in the process of updating my Bluetooth drivers now. The odd thing is that I had disabled the driver in device manager and the problem still happened, so not sure if it's related to Bluetooth still.

    Cheers, J

Are you mounting a virtual CD/DVD drive using Acronis? Is Acronis updated?

    Hi Golden,

Thanks a lot for your help, appreciate your time. I have removed Kaspersky and updated Acronis 2013 to 2015, hopefully this helps. My Bluetooth driver and all other drivers are now updated, so hopefully no more BSODS! I'll update this thread once I know.

    Cheers, J
