BSOD watching youtube videos, error 0x0000007E

Hi, for months i would get a BSOD about once a week. A few weeks ago it started happening a couple minutes into every youtube video i try and watch. I can play games fine without getting BSOD and from my experience twitch also runs fine apart from being a bit jumpy for the first few seconds of viewing. I'm not sure if it's related but when I'm installing anything my computer occasionally freezes for about 1.5 seconds although that's not as big of a problem. Any help would be appreciated. :)

Make sure your dump logging is enabled.

    1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
    2. Double-click System.
    3. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Settings under Startup and Recovery.
    4. Check Write an even to the system log, and Automatically restart.
    5. In the Write debugging information list, click Small memory dump (256k).

    Location of Dumps:
    C:\Windows\minidump

Allot of important info is missing from your zip, please follow Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions to grab all and upload a new report here.
