    Hi, Bluescreen Error. Picture attached.

Hi, my computer keeps bluescreening. It was happening for a while, then it stopped. But it's fired up again, it's happened twice today. Normally it happens when im watching a youtube video, often if I go full screen it will go blank and then I would get an error saying the Capture Card or something had an error and had to restart, I am not sure. I will try to get a picture of it. And then, a few minutes later it will bluescreen!

If it doesn't happen within a few minutes it may take like 10 minutes to an hour for it to bluescreen, but it eventually does.

Here is a crappy gyazo screenshot I took with my phone of the bluescreen.

    Thanks,

Here's some pages Google Search found about the first number in that error message, several do support the possibility of a problem with video:

Umm, I don't really understand what any of that means. Sorry. I'm a real idiot when it comes to this stuff, but I was able to get a picture of the error message that happens and another one.

It started as soon as I started playing a youtube video. Then the screen went blank and started to slowly reload, Then the advert was green. It gave me a AMD reload error which I had no idea what it was, Then it started to play the normal video.

    here are the pictures:

    Additional information is required.

    1. Download the DM Log Collector application to your desktop by clicking the link below

    DM Log Collector.exe

    2. Run it by double-clicking the icon on your desktop, and follow the prompts.
    3. Locate the .ZIP file that is created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

Created heaps of what? There should be one single ZIP file on your desktop - upload only that ZIP file.

You guys will be happy to know, I was stupid enough to accept a suspicious download from Skype from a guy I just met and apparently he has now installed a RAT onto my computer, so blue screens aren't my problem right now it's getting rid of this rat.
