BSOD and then blank monitor on laptop.

Please if someone could help me , this is my problem.
I have recently plugged my laptop into a hdm cable through a tv monitor to watch a tv show , and right after that, when i restarted the laptop , i had a blue screen , saying something about graphic driver failure ...
From that point , every time i turn on the laptop , i have a black screen , not showing absolutely anything. I can hear the laptop working , but i dont think its doing anything really. Since num lock isnt on , nor caps lock could be turned anyhow.
After like 100-150 turning on and off , i get 1 sucessfull normal screen where i could enter windows , and do whatever i want.
I am no longer getting any blue screens , but i am getting a blank monitor. Its not black as in that its working and having a black color , its just not turned on.
I tried reinstalling amd control center and all the drivers , but it didnt work. I dont know how to reinstall windows cause if i restart it this time , it will take me 150 tries to enter the boot mode , and then another 150 to start the cd (last try wasnt sucessful , since my primary boot is dvd , and both windows cd's didnt work for some reason, it just turns on and nothing else)

Today i have gotten this message when i got in

I normally fix my laptop myself always , but this is beyond me... i tried also removing the battery , holding power key for 1 min as suggested by forums on google , but it didnt work.
So , could anyone help me anyhow ? Please ?
    Thanks :/
