Random BSOD 124 since I installed a new GPU

    Hi guys,
So I've recently bought an Sapphire Radeon R9 290 OC and Since then I've been having random freezes and restarts no matter what I was doing. That was on Windows 8.1 x64 so i searched for my Windows 7 ultimate x64 key, I installed this windows and that freeze still happened but this time i got a bsod error after logging back on. If I insert another GPU(like my old Gigabyte R9 270x OC) it works perfectly. I RMA'd the GPU and they sent it back marking it as working within normal parameters. I will attach my *.dmp file maybe it helps. Also I have to mention that I tried all amd drivers from 13.9 to 14.12. clean install each of them. I know the BSOD is caused by a hardware error and my new PSU should be more than enough to handle the gpu(Seasonic 850w Bronze evo m12 II).

edit: ran memtest, stressed cpu, also ran FurMark....stressed the gpu for 4 hours and didn't crashed...then the gpu crashed randomly. Also sometimes it takes 4 hours to crash,8 or even 10 minutes....usually it crashes in the first 5-10 minutes

checked the dump myself and from what i've read it's caused by ntoskrnl.exe . Now I got my R9 270x installed for 5 hours already and no crash. Also the guy who uses my old 270x has the r9 290 on and no crash yet either.Somehow the r9 290 doesn't like my config. :-/
