BSOD upon opening any program

I experiencing BSOD every time a “browse/open file” window is launched. For example: when I want to upload a file, or when I am opening any MS office file (word/excel/etc) using “File > Open”, or when I want to attach a file to an email/ forum post, etc. sfc /scannow did not find anything....
