Please update Windows fully and reboot. If you get more BSOD's upload them here - be sure to reinstall the latest Realtek driver - at the very least, it won't appear as a cause in any BSOD dmp files, and makes my job a little bit easier.

    Code:
BIOS Version/Date	Award Software International, Inc. FA, 4/20/2010
Please carefully check the Revision Number of your motherboard it looks like its Rev.2. If it is, then update your BIOS to Version FH here:
    GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1366 - GA-X58A-UD3R (rev. 2.0)

Okay, I just re-updated my realtek driver back to the latest one. I was hesitant to update my bios because I heard it could have some negative outcomes and outright just destroy my mobo.

    The site also states: "Warning:
Because BIOS flashing is potentially risky, if you do not encounter problems using the current version of BIOS, it is recommended that you not flash the BIOS. To flash the BIOS, do it with caution. Inadequate BIOS flashing may result in system malfunction."

So it's something that I'd like to pursue as the last and final step. Do you think it's come to that?

Understandable - leave it for now, and I'll get a second opinion on that.

I'm going to leave twitch.tv on for the rest of the night and update you with a BSOD if/when it comes up. Thanks for all your help.

kvz1, May I suggest something here please. If you have any Gigabyte utilities installed, please uninstall them, also I understand your board has sata II ports and 2 Marvell controller sata III ports. Even though they are sata II ports, please connect the SSD to one of them, preferably to port 0 or 1. Marvell has a reputation of not getting along with some SSDs.

Hey, I'm using the ICH intel controllers on my board for this SSD. My computer ran without BSOD for 2 days straight. I've been leaving flash player/twitch.tv running just to make sure. There was one crash tonight with Ks.sys being at fault. I've attached the new dmp files again.

try this, reinstall your NVidia drivers using this method NVIDIA Drivers - Avoid Problems. Follow that method and install only the Display driver and the PhysX driver nothing else.
