BSOD When Doing Anything

Randomly, Out of the blue i get BSOD issues, This has been happening for atleast a week now, I'm not sure if its something i've installed but i can't remember installing anything for this too happen. I've looked around and found that these tools might be useful "TweakBit Driver Updater" and "Tuneup Pro" I've bought both of these and scanned and then "Fixed" the issue. but the issue didn't get fixed, It's still getting these constant BSOD's as before. All the Drivers are updated, theres no errors according to the "Tuneup Pro" scan. I've also ran McAfee Premium Virus scanner and nothing has shown up. I am completely clueless

Here is the crash report log;

I'm not adept at reading crash reports. What was the issue "fixed"? 3rd party driver 'updaters' and tuneup programs are fraught with peril from my experience. If you haven't added hardware then logically, the existing drivers were functional.

Windows however, has been known to fart from time to time. Roll back to where you were before you changed drivers if you can. Check device manager for yellow triangles (problems). Run a Checkdisk with the repair option. Check your hard drive for health issues. Report back.
