Can I see the .dmp files of your crash? The picture doesn't explain much.

Where to locate dump file

I cannot locate dump file under C:Windows>Minidump directory even after checking display hidden files and folders. How to locate the dump file?

Additional information is required.

1. Download the DM Log Collector application to your desktop by clicking the link below

DM Log Collector.exe

2. Run it by double-clicking the icon on your desktop, and follow the prompts.
3. Locate the .ZIP file that is created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

Zip file created by the log collector

Thanks a lot for your prompt guidance. I followed the instructions and have attached the zip file here. Awaiting further solution.

Re-run the DM Log Collector again......it seems to have been interrupted whilst gathering information. Be sure to follow the prompts, and be patient until it has finished.

You need to re-run the DM Log Collector application again........the zip file does not contain all the required information.

Yes, that better, but you don't seem to have any .dmp files recording the BSOD. Follow this:

Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

Now follow this:

1. Log in as administrator, open Windows Explorer and go to C:\Windows\Minidump
2. Delete all .dmp files in that folder
3. Run Driver Verifier as follows:

Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Driver Verifier will cause your computer to run very sluggishly - this is normal. What it is trying to do is force your system to BSOD and isolate the offending driver/s. When it does, reboot, disable driver verifier, reboot as normal, re-run the DM Log Collector, and upload the new ZIP file here.

I recommend creating a system restore point before turning on driver verifier:
System Restore Point - Create

If your system fails to boot to desktop once driver verifier is enabled, turn it off by booting into Safe Mode:
Safe Mode
