This problem looks like it could be a network adapter driver issue on account of all the netio and tcpip references. See if there is an update to your Qualcomm/Atheros driver, and install it please.

A stop 0x7A during Seatools test gives a high indication of a failing HDD.

If the laptop is within warranty, ask for a RMA. Dont forget to back up your personal data before doing the RMA.

If your hard drive is failing, you should replace it and the best suggestion is doing a clean install. Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

I am not sure what you are asking. What I am saying is if your hard drive is dying, first thing is to back up all of your personal files. Then when you buy a new hard drive it will have nothing on it, so put Windows back on it. That is what we call a clean install. Starting with it blank and putting a fresh new copy of Windows on it.

That's what the SeaTools test told you.
    To make this easy.

Get a new drive and replace the existing drive in your machine.
Install Windows on the new drive.
Purchase a suitable enclosure (case) with USB connections for the old drive

When you have Windows installed on the new drive,
connect the old drive in the enclosure (case) so you can copy your data to the new drive.

The old drive should probably not be used afterwards.
