i think one of the problems is coming from fltmgr.sys(?). so this could as well be a hardware problem, i guess?

new *.dmp file from BSOD after running driver verifier.
It crashed instantly when log-on screen appeared, but this time only ntoskrnl shows as faulty and not fltmgr.sys
I ran combofix, rkill, adwcleaner, made a surface scan on hard disks, ran two-pass ram tests(one from memtest in dos - and the other was the windows memory diagnostic tool). No faults there.
i attach the dmp file created today

The driver causing the BSODs are the Webroot SecureAnywhere driver.
Uninstall it.
